Yes, with advanced notice.

Q: How do I pay for this service?
The $1,500 + GET fee will be taken out of your escrow via Salesforce.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee if the escrow cancels or the listing does not sell?
No if you don't get paid - we don't get paid.
Q: Can she help me with my marketing?
We will be your liaison with the Smarketing team with the added knowledge of current Forbes Global Properties and Luxury Portfolio marketing opportunities.
Q: Does the $1,500 fee cover marketing costs?
No.
